What to know before we talk.
What kind of business need suits a custom system?
Usually one with a clear business outcome: wasted hours, delays, inconsistency, incomplete information, an opportunity to improve customer experience or an idea that off-the-shelf software cannot support. You do not need to know the solution. Just describe what you want to improve or create.
Does the solution have to use AI?
No. Most of the problem may be solved with sound rules, integrations and automation. AI is used only for tasks such as understanding text, retrieving knowledge or creating drafts, and only with appropriate boundaries.
How much does a project cost?
The Blueprint costs €500. An Automation Sprint is typically €2,500 to €4,000. For a full Production System, we prepare a custom quote based on scope and integrations, with payment in phases. The exact cost is fixed before the build starts.
Is the €500 Blueprint free if I go ahead?
No. You pay for the Blueprint and receive a standalone decision-making asset. If you commission Ergonya for the build, the full amount is credited to the first phase.
Who owns the code, accounts and data?
Your company. Cloud accounts, databases and code are set up to remain yours. Support is a service, not a lock-in mechanism.
What happens after delivery?
Your team practises with real tasks and receives a user guide. We assign an owner and set out the included training and usage review in the proposal. For ongoing support, you can choose Managed Operations.
