First, we establish whether it is worth doing. Then we agree the scope, prototype, cost and acceptance criteria. You pay for implementation in stages, and the system remains yours.

The first two options are for businesses commissioning discovery or implementation. The Implementation Lab is a separate GIM Academy programme for people who want to build it themselves.

Implementation
Sprint and Production System are the two implementation options. Managed AI Operations covers operation after delivery. All prices are agreed in writing alongside the scope.

Our delivery rules
We do not promise to eliminate it. We reduce it through scope, prototypes, acceptance criteria and staged investment.
Key screens and workflows are approved before the build. Changes after approval require an explicit change request.
We agree in writing the tasks, exceptions and checks each phase must pass. The responsible user tests the workflow before acceptance.
You do not prepay the entire Production System. You see value in real-world use before committing to the next phase.
Code, data, accounts and documentation remain with your company.
Build, Ops, API and cloud costs are estimated separately before you sign.
Define a process owner, role guides and a practical handover. Training, usage review and support have an agreed scope and cost.
