AI automations

AI automations that connect your tools and workflows.

Information enters once, moves through the right steps and reaches a person when judgment is needed. We design specific workflows across the tools you already use.

What is worth automating

Start with one repeatable workflow.

We look at what starts it, what information it needs, where exceptions happen and who approves the outcome. Automation does not mean AI makes every decision alone.

01

It happens repeatedly

The same steps recur with small variations that can be mapped.

02

It crosses tools

Email, forms, CRM, documents or another system need coordination and less copying.

03

It has a clear review point

A person sees the proposed result and approves it before a quote, reply or critical data change goes out.

Illustrative workflows

Three ways to reduce manual handoffs.

These are design examples, not a claim that every integration is available in your stack.

01 / example

Incoming email

  1. Email
  2. CRM
  3. Draft reply + approval

Log the request, propose a category and prepare a reply for the team to review before sending.

02 / example

Quote request

  1. Request
  2. Draft quote
  3. Follow-up

Gather details, prepare a draft using your rules and schedule the next step after human approval.

03 / example

Incoming document

  1. Document
  2. Data extraction
  3. Review + system

Extract fields, flag uncertain values and send reviewed data to the right system.

What you receive

A workflow with rules, checks and an owner.

We set the scope after confirming what your tools can support.

01

Workflow map

Trigger, data, steps, exceptions and approval rules in one shared plan.

02

Connections and automation

Implementation through available APIs, webhooks or other permitted connection methods.

03

Failure handling

Define what happens when data is missing, a connection fails or an AI output is uncertain.

04

Handover

An operating guide and walkthrough using a real task and an exception. The team learns to check or stop the workflow. Training and usage review are defined in scope.

How we work

Define responsibility before connecting tools.

  1. 01 · Map

Follow one real example from start to finish and record the exceptions.

  2. 02 · Check feasibility

Verify APIs, licenses, data and permissions in the actual tools.

  3. 03 · Build and test

Implement with sample cases and a human approval point where needed.

  4. 04 · Monitor

Agree alerts, a workflow owner and a way to review changes in connected tools.

Choose the right service

One workflow or a whole application?

Automation connects steps and tools. Application development creates a new user experience and working environment. Consulting sets priorities when several AI investments are in play.

Dependencies and access

Feasibility depends on APIs, licenses, permissions and data quality. We agree who can access each account.

AI, triggers and scheduling

AI can draft or classify. A trigger or scheduler starts the workflow. An MCP interface does not schedule it by itself.

Frequently asked questions

Before connecting anything.

Will it work with the tools I use?

We check the available licenses, APIs, webhooks and permissions. If a connection is unavailable or unreliable, we propose another workflow.

Can it send replies or quotes without review?

That is technically possible in some cases, but autonomy depends on risk. For important communication, we usually design approval before sending.

What if AI gets something wrong?

We design checks, limits, logs and an exception path. A user must be able to correct or stop the workflow.

Do I need a new application?

Not always. A small workflow may connect existing tools. If multiple roles need a new workspace, we consider a custom application.

Next step

Which workflow do you repeat every day?

Describe one real case, the tools involved and who approves the outcome today.
