1. Scope and operator
These terms concern ergonya.com, operated by GIM Agency, 20 Polyklitou, Ilioupoli 16341, Greece. Contact: hello@ergonya.com. They do not replace an individual proposal, service agreement or data-processing agreement.
2. Information and service agreements
Descriptions, examples and demonstrations explain our services; they are not a guarantee of a particular commercial, technical or AI outcome. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement. Scope, deliverables, fees, taxes, payment, timescales, acceptance, support and ownership are agreed in the applicable written proposal or contract. A specific contract prevails for the matters it covers.
3. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, send malware or abusive submissions, or supply information you are not entitled to share. Public forms are not a secure channel for credentials or sensitive datasets.
4. Content and intellectual property
Website text, design and original materials are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may read them and link to the public pages. Republishing, selling or representing the materials as your own requires appropriate permission unless permitted by law. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners. Rights in client deliverables are determined by the relevant contract, not by these browsing terms.
5. AI, examples and external services
AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and require suitable human review. Do not rely on a demonstration or blog post as personalised legal, medical or financial advice. Illustrative mockups are not proof of client results. External websites and products have their own terms and availability; a link does not give us control over them.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but interruptions, errors and updates may occur. Tell us about inaccuracies so that we can review them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts rights where this is not permitted by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.
7. Privacy, changes and law
Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about personal data and browser technologies. Continued browsing is not consent to optional tracking. Revised terms apply from their publication, without retrospectively changing a signed contract. Greek law applies subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Contact us first about a dispute if you wish; this does not restrict access to competent courts or authorities.
