The Lab solves a different problem from the Blueprint: it gives you structure, templates and individual review to implement simpler automations yourself.

Workshops use participants’ actual workflows, not generic examples.
Workflow selection and design
Identify which task is worth automating, the inputs it needs and the output it should produce.
Build with the tools you already have
Set up your first automation with guidance, using your own accounts and process.
Testing and edge cases
Run real data, find where the workflow breaks and add the necessary checks.
Go live and plan the next automation
Put the automation to work, complete a final review and map the next workflow worth implementing.
