Today
The answer is in a file somewhere, or a colleague knows it. The same question comes back, the colleague gets interrupted and nobody is sure which version of the guidance is current.
Company knowledge → grounded answers
Where is the latest procedure? What applies to this customer? We build an AI assistant that searches your approved company files and shows its sources. When the material is insufficient, it refers the question to the right person.
We review your process before recommending a solution.
What changes in practice
The answer is in a file somewhere, or a colleague knows it. The same question comes back, the colleague gets interrupted and nobody is sure which version of the guidance is current.
Your team asks the assistant and opens the source to check the answer. Guidance has an update owner, and gaps are recorded so future searches can draw on better material.
When it fits
We look at how often the work happens, what material is available and who handles it today. That tells us where a build could be worthwhile.
Start with one team, such as sales or support, and the information they need to find each day.
You need approved guidance or someone who can check and correct it. If the knowledge is only spoken, we first agree how to document it.
You assign responsibility for approving changes and retiring old guidance. The assistant then has sources that can be maintained after handover.
What we agree before building
Your proposal sets out the functions, integrations and project limits, along with cost and support.
Choose the documents the assistant can use and who approves them. Any work to capture unwritten knowledge is agreed separately.
The assistant links to the document behind its answer. If information is missing or sources conflict, it says so and identifies who can help.
Define permissions and test searches with different users. Before building, we verify the available connections to your files.
Your team learns to check sources and report mistakes. We agree who updates the material and reviews quality after handover.
Test it in practice
We agree what a correct result looks like before building. At handover, your team tests everyday work as well as difficult cases.
Collect real questions and their approved answers. These become the basis for testing.
The answer must use the right document, and the user must have permission to see it.
What happens when an answer is missing, two sources disagree or guidance is outdated? Check how the assistant identifies and handles the problem.
The owner changes the material and we check the new answer. The team practises reporting and correcting mistakes.
Before you decide
This is an illustrative application. We evaluate quality using your team’s questions and approved sources. Answers still need checking, and knowledge that has never been written down needs to be documented first.
